Scope

These terms apply to services sold by Vigilus Sierra Leone when a quote, proposal or contract refers to them.

• Guarding and site surveillance
• Professional cleaning
• Fire safety and security training
• Facility management
• CCTV, access control, IT, payment solutions and maintenance

Contract formation

A service becomes binding after acceptance of the quote, proposal or contract and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit or fees.

Pricing and payment

Prices, setup fees and related costs are communicated before engagement and may vary depending on the site, service scope and operational requirements.

Client obligations

• Provide accurate information and documents.
• Cooperate within the timelines needed for proper service delivery.
• Inform Vigilus Sierra Leone of changes affecting the service mission.
